That is why we are now looking for a Manager in Business Development who wants to strengthen our sales efforts and ensure that the companies we collaborate with match both our capabilities and ambitions.
Responsibility from first contact to signed deal
As Manager in Business Development at Searchmind, you will own the entire sales journey – from first contact to signed agreement. You identify, reach out to and qualify new clients, and ensure that the dialogue results in a strong match between the client and Searchmind. Once the collaboration is secured, you hand over professionally to the team responsible for delivery.
Outbound, inbound and structured sales
You work with both outbound and inbound sales, including cold outreach, networking, events and incoming leads. You engage with decision-makers and constructively challenge them on needs, potential and business case. The sales process is driven in a structured and data-driven manner, and we work in HubSpot to maintain a clear overview of pipeline, follow-up and forecast.
Who thrives in this role
We are looking for a commercial profile with documented experience in B2B sales. You are motivated by building relationships, developing pipeline and closing deals, and you know that results are created through focus, structure and consistent effort. Experience from an agency, marketing, tech or consulting environment is an advantage.
