Since 1 February 2026, we have executed a new strategy focused on scaling and efficient use of the advertising budget. Our efforts have been concentrated on three primary areas:

  • Restructuring of ad data: The entire account structure has been rebuilt to ensure full transparency and efficient scaling across platforms. A stable platform has ensured that vital metrics such as CPC and CTR have remained consistent despite increased volume.

  • Focus on Middle and Bottom Funnel: We quickly identified a large untapped potential in the lower part of the funnel. By allocating resources specifically to these layers, we have optimised the balance between volume and efficiency.

  • Aggressive scaling with quality content: We have significantly increased ad spend to capture market share among purchase-ready audiences. We began the collaboration with a strategic workshop to ensure that pains, gains and objectives were aligned. To increase brand awareness, even outside peak season, we chose to implement two campaign tracks: a top-funnel and a low-funnel. The top-funnel focused on long-term brand building, including during the off-season. In the low-funnel, we specifically targeted those who added products to their shopping cart or showed interest in specific products. This strategic move was designed to convert interest into concrete actions and increase the chances of conversion.

Our strategic approach has delivered results that significantly exceeded Kalundborg Skov Park Have's objectives. Despite a summer with challenging weather conditions in 2023, which directly affects demand for the business, we succeeded in significantly increasing performance from Paid Social.
