New intern in the Creative department

We are pleased to welcome Maja Camilla Bækgaard, who has started an internship at Searchmind. Maja is 23 years old and studying multimedia design. During her internship, she will become part of our Creative department, where she will work with the visual side of digital marketing while gaining close insight into performance marketing.

As a Creative intern at Searchmind, you are an active part of everyday life, where creativity and results go hand in hand. This means that Maja will work with design and creative formats – and see how creative work directly contributes to performance across digital channels.

Education and professional background

Maja is studying multimedia design, where she has built competencies within design, visual communication and digital formats. In the Creative department, she gets the opportunity to put her expertise into practice and work on tasks such as graphic design, image editing, animated graphics and creative ads.

As part of the Creative team, you work closely with Paid Social, PPC and other specialists. This gives Maja an understanding of how creative solutions must not only be aesthetically pleasing, but also support concrete objectives and deliver measurable results.

During her internship, Maja's primary goal is to learn more about performance marketing and sharpen her understanding of how creative work can help generate tangible results. She is curious about the connection between idea, execution and performance – and how creative decisions impact campaigns and advertising.

In addition, her goals include:

  • developing both professionally and personally

Friends, a partner and running

When Maja is not in the office, she spends a lot of time with her friends and her partner. She is also training for a half marathon this summer, which requires both structure and perseverance – qualities that serve her well in her day-to-day life too.
