Today we welcomed 9 new interns at Searchmind.
Over the coming months, they will be an important part of our teams, getting hands-on experience with everything from performance marketing to creative solutions.
It is already a pleasure to feel their passion and curiosity – both for Digital Marketing in general and for the specific areas of marketing they have each chosen to specialise in.
Here is the team:
- PPC: Oliver Ib and Andreas Stausholm
- SEO: Lea Nimb and Anna Troldborg
- Paid Social: Melissa Østergaard and Sofie Kandborg
- E-mail Marketing: Lau Adamsen
- MarTech: Alexander Reuter
- Creative: Rosa Borrisholt
The 9 students come from programmes such as the Professional Bachelor in International Trade & Marketing and IT Architecture, as well as the AP in Multimedia Design from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus – and the AP in Visual Communication Design and the Professional Bachelor in Branding & Marketing from VIA Design in Herning.
Onboarding and learning from day one
In their first week, they undergo an intensive onboarding to get to know Searchmind inside and out:
- The story behind Searchmind, our journey, and an introduction to their new colleagues
- Introduction to our systems
- Insights into all departments and marketing channels
- Training within their respective teams
They will also take part in our internal knowledge-sharing format, Searchmind Insights. Already on Wednesday, our Lead of Web Development, Rasmus Kønig, will dive into the world of web and showcase current cases and the value of an optimal website/shop. Thursday is all about DHL and a great atmosphere in Mindeparken.
We look forward to following their journey over the coming months and are excited to collaborate on interesting projects for our clients.
