Searchmind wellbeing survey 2025: Strong results across culture and job satisfaction

8. december 2025 Searchmind

We have just completed our annual wellbeing survey at Searchmind for 2025 – and the results make us both happy and proud.
The numbers confirm what we feel every day: that we have a strong culture, a high level of job satisfaction and a community that truly matters.

Here are the key figures:

  • Motivation: 86/100 (+12%)
  • Leadership: 89/100 (+35%)
  • Autonomy: 89/100 (+16%)
  • Balance: 80/100 (+19%)
  • Meaning: 81/100 (+13%)
  • Colleagues: 89/100 (+6%)

These numbers mean a great deal to us, because wellbeing is both a personal and a business priority.
We believe that happy employees create happy clients – and our approach Minding People, Minding Business is an active guiding principle in the way we run Searchmind.

We have invested in people, culture and structure

Over the past year, we have chosen to put extra effort into strengthening what is already at the core of Searchmind: our people and the way we work together.

Among other things, this has meant that we have:

  • Clarified career paths and development opportunities for everyone
  • Updated the employee handbook and internal workflows
  • Established a stronger structure for ongoing knowledge sharing and professional sparring
  • Strengthened the community with more regular activities – both social and professional

The aim has been to create even more clarity, transparency and coherence in everyday working life – while also ensuring that both new and experienced colleagues feel they can grow and contribute.

What we take forward from the wellbeing survey

For us, the wellbeing survey is not just a snapshot, but an important benchmark.
The high scores in areas such as leadership, colleagues, autonomy and meaning tell us that we stand on a solid foundation – and that we can build on this with confidence.

The figures show that:

  • Our focus on culture and community is being felt
  • Employees experience both motivation and influence
  • There is balance and meaning in everyday working life

This gives us the confidence to continue on the path we are already on – while raising the bar even higher for the years ahead.

The foundation for what we want to achieve going forward

For us, wellbeing is not about a single project, but about a continuous effort.
This year's wellbeing survey shows that we have a strong starting point for what we want to create going forward – both as a workplace and as a partner for our clients.

We look forward to sharing more about our plans and initiatives in due course.
