What is Talent of the Year
Talent of the Year is a recognition given to a colleague who has made an especially positive impression during the year, and who has been employed at Searchmind for up to 18 months.
It is a person who:
- has put in the effort when it comes to personal and professional development
- has dared to challenge both themselves and their colleagues in a constructive way
- has made a clear contribution to the community – socially, professionally, or culturally
In short: A newer colleague who, in a short space of time, has made a significant, positive impact on both the team, the culture, and Searchmind as a whole.

Talent of the Year 2025 very deservedly goes to Rasmus Kønig Lund.
Kønig has delivered on time from day one and consistently come back with valuable input – often input that no one had expected or even realised was needed. His approach is professional, structured, and characterised by both broad and deep expertise within his field.

In a very short time, Kønig has delivered a thoroughly impressive effort and created clear impact. He approaches his tasks with great passion and a natural curiosity that rubs off on both clients and colleagues.
He is always ready to share knowledge, while at the same time absorbing new knowledge and constantly developing professionally.
