Objective

ADAX & their sub-brand UNLIMIT had a clear goal for our collaboration: to scale their email marketing efforts and generate more engaged leads. Their numbers were already strong and their lead list extensive, but they wanted to make even better use of their potential.

Strategy

To kick-start the scaling process, we developed a strategy, created a template in Klaviyo, and built a solid automation setup. This was done in close collaboration with ADAX to ensure brand recognition, loyal customers, and an increase in leads.

What we do

We optimised ADAX's email marketing by leveraging their existing integration between Klaviyo and Shopify, which provided in-depth data. Automated email flows, such as welcome emails and abandoned cart emails, were established to increase conversions at key points in the customer journey. In addition, we enhanced the customer experience with personalised content, strengthening brand loyalty, while continuously adapting the strategy to the market.

We approached Searchmind to optimise the processes in our touchpoints, both pre- and post-purchase. Together with Searchmind, we saw great potential in automating our email marketing while also improving the user experience. It was important to us to give users the right information at the right time and create a personalised experience. Searchmind's proactive and analytical approach has been instrumental in the growth we have experienced through their automated email setup.

Implementation

The campaign implementation was founded on creativity and efficient use of resources:

  • Localised Market Entry: We launched a German-language webshop to meet local needs and ensure increased visibility.

  • Intent-Specific Content: Category pages were optimised with SEO structures and relevant content that appealed to the target audience's desires and interests.

  • Visual Assets: STOFF Nagel's existing image library was repurposed to create visual appeal without additional production costs.

  • Technical SEO: Hreflang tags, clean URL structures and localised metadata were implemented to ensure correct indexing and crawlability in the German market.


The strategy was continuously refined with data analysis and adjustments to content and links, ensuring that every SEO strategy also supported the brand's visual identity.

Changes became visible shortly after the most essential flows were established, transforming manual workflows into automated revenue.
