Three business lines, one website to support them all
Apex Health & Aesthetics runs three business lines, over 35 treatment types and four clinics, each with its own team and opening hours. That is the structure a website needs to support: the same treatment presented differently from city to city, new treatments and campaigns on an ongoing basis, and practitioners working across multiple locations.
This is where the Wix setup fell short. There was no content model capable of keeping clinics, treatments and staff separate yet connected at the same time, so every change became a manual task rather than a simple update.

A platform built to grow with the clinic
Searchmind built a custom WordPress theme with a modular block system — hero, stats block, treatment rows, before/after, clinic overview and staff profiles — so the clinic can manage and update content independently, without a developer on hand.
What the platform holds today
