In the run-up to the busiest months of the cycling season, we partnered with SCO Cykler to roll out an offensive brand strategy on Meta. The campaign ran from 1 March to 30 April 2026, with a clear objective: invest more precisely and build significantly stronger brand relevance and visibility in consumers' minds before the peak season rush arrives.

Although we did not produce the raw material for the videos ourselves, this case is a textbook example of what a strategic video setup can do for brand building. The core of the strategy was the development of a dedicated Reels track on the ad account. By transforming and structuring the brand's creatives into an engaging, vertical format, we met consumers at eye level. This has given SCO Cykler a significantly stronger market position ahead of the vital season.

Algorithm advantages of the video effort

The SCO Cykler case proves how feeding Meta's algorithm with the right format can completely turn an ad account around financially. The dedicated Reels setup acted as a true magnet for user attention in the feed.

When the video creatives succeeded in retaining the target audience, Meta rewarded the ad account with a significantly higher relevance score. This triggered a noticeable drop in impression and exposure costs, with CPM falling by 28%.

The lower cost of market access meant that — despite cutting ad spend by 34% — we still managed to increase the click-through rate (CTR) by 35% and drive 23% more visitors to the website. The fact that the cost per click (CPC) simultaneously dropped by as much as 46% cements the video format's ability to nurture and engage users extremely cost-effectively ahead of peak season.
