Objective
Designa's goal with our collaboration was to generate more leads for their dealers, but most importantly to establish a branding strategy that would elevate their brand awareness. They had lost significant ground in brand searches and market awareness, and therefore a larger branding strategy was needed — one that would also translate into more leads. The KPIs we focused on improving were: leads, frequency, ThruPlays, link clicks, and CTR.
Strategy
Our strategic approach was built around a full-funnel strategy, with a focus on elevating Designa's brand in the top and mid-funnel. Initially, kitchens were at the centre, after which we gradually opened up their other product categories such as bathrooms and wardrobes.
We also made the audience structure more comprehensive, and combined this with a new bottom-funnel strategy aimed at generating leads. This was to be supported by a creative strategy capable of addressing every stage of the long customer journey for a kitchen.
Our collaboration with Designa has been defined by a close and constructive partnership, where we have jointly established the overall direction for each production. From the outset, we agreed that the human touch was essential, and this has therefore been a central focus throughout the entire process. It has been fantastic to see how Designa's employees and partners have been open and engaged in sharing the company's story. The close collaboration and the many productions have enabled us to think creatively and develop Designa's visual identity across all their digital platforms.

What we do
We developed a Paid Social annual plan that served as the cornerstone of the overall marketing strategy. Top-funnel activities were designed to build brand awareness, while mid-funnel content was created based on the most relevant searches on Google (SEO). In addition, we implemented a creative strategy designed to speak to each stage of the customer journey with different USPs.
The key to our work with Designa has been that throughout the entire process, we have maintained close dialogue with their talented team. In this way, we have brought out the best in each other and each contributed what we do best. This has resulted in fast execution and strong results.
