Objective

As a manufacturer and retailer of designer lamps for the home, Dyberg Larsen came to us to optimise their webshop, which was intended to serve as an additional revenue stream for the business. They also have several nationwide retailers that they did not want to undercut. Our task included differentiating them from major competitors in the market in order to support sales through retailers and to increase revenue in their own webshop. In addition, the goal was to break into new markets, including Germany.

Strategy

Our strategy has aimed to increase Dyberg Larsen's revenue in both Denmark and Germany. To achieve this, we have implemented a full-funnel setup with both push and pull activities through differentiated objectives. For maximum impact, we have worked across other platforms such as email, SEO and PPC, as well as with user optimisation on the website.

We have established a segmentation of product categories to differentiate push and ROAS. Here we have also kept a close eye on the customers' retailers. We have therefore pushed products that are exclusive to the webshop and do not take revenue away from the retailers. In close collaboration with our Creative team, we have produced engaging video content that strengthens Dyberg Larsen's brand and builds trust with customers. In addition, AI-powered language versioning has made it possible to expand into new markets.
