Through close collaboration and a targeted strategic overhaul, BySofieSønderby and Searchmind have significantly accelerated the brand's momentum. By combining technical optimisations with Sofie Sønderby's sharp content, we have surpassed the results from the year's biggest e-commerce months in just three months.

Strategic initiatives and funnel optimisation

Since 1 February 2026, we have been executing a new strategy focused on scaling and efficient use of the advertising budget. Efforts have been concentrated on three primary areas:

  • Restructuring of ad data: The entire account structure has been rebuilt to ensure full transparency and efficient scaling across platforms. A stable platform has ensured that vital metrics such as CPC and CTR have remained consistent despite increased volume.

  • Focus on Middle and Bottom Funnel: We quickly identified a significant untapped potential in the lower part of the funnel. By allocating resources specifically to these layers, we have optimised the balance between volume and efficiency.

  • Aggressive scaling with quality content: We have significantly increased ad spend to capture market share among purchase-ready audiences. The success is largely due to the synergy between our technical setup and the sharp messaging in the quality content delivered by Sofie Sønderby herself. This formula has had a rapid impact on the overall results.

The results: Significant growth that surpasses Black Month and Christmas sales

The strategic focus has resulted in an average revenue increase of 128% across channels.

Searchmind took over from another agency on 1 February 2026, and nearly 3 months into the partnership, we are seeing remarkable growth.

The increases below are compared to the previous 3 months, which even included Black Month and the Christmas sales period (November 2025, December 2025 and January 2026).

The brand is built around a close-knit community on social media. As a natural extension of that success, Sofie launched the clothing brand "Sønderby", which with its distinctive designs and high quality has become incredibly popular and a staple in the wardrobes of many young women.
