Introduction

In 2025, Searchmind and Poul Stig Briller's SEO campaign, titled "From Blurry to Brilliant: Reviving SEO Vision on a Budget", was nominated for the Best Low Budget Campaign (SEO): LARGE category at the Global Search Awards 2025.
The goal was to recover lost organic traffic and bring Poul Stig Briller's website back to pre-2019 levels, following several website migrations and redesigns.
This case study demonstrates how strategic content marketing combined with focused technical SEO delivered significant results on a minimal budget.

Objective

What we do

Based on the demand analysis, we identified relevant keywords and integrated them with organic sales data from Shopify across 5 of the client's main accounts. After running a test period with strong results, we chose to implement the same approach across 15 additional accounts. This approach resulted in a significant increase in conversion rate from 1% to 3.1%. The process delivered key insights for the launch of 75 new campaigns, which formed Organic Basic's new growth engine.
